Platform disclosures
What participants should know.
The following twelve disclosures retain the existing SolarCompute statements concerning platform operations, availability, pricing, dependencies and limitations.
2. No guarantee of availability
Platform availability, machine uptime, capacity, queue times, workload performance, and network responsiveness are not guaranteed. Distributed systems depend on host environments, energy supply, connectivity, and supporting infrastructure.
3. No guarantee of utilisation or access
Hosts are not guaranteed any specific level of utilisation, earnings, or workload flow. Users are not guaranteed access to a specific quantity, price, or class of compute capacity. Supply and demand conditions may vary over time.
4. Pricing and economics
Any pricing, estimates, calculators, or economic examples displayed by SolarCompute are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise. Actual pricing, fees, utilisation, and workload costs may vary based on platform logic, supply, demand, and future changes.
5. Forward-looking statements
References to future roadmap phases, solar integration, distributed AI infrastructure, or network expansion are forward-looking statements. These reflect current vision and planning, not guarantees of delivery, timing, or outcome.
6. Third-party dependencies
SolarCompute depends on third-party systems including energy infrastructure, networking, cloud services, APIs, storage, and deployment tooling. Disruptions or changes in those systems may affect platform performance or availability.
7. Information accuracy
While SolarCompute aims to provide accurate information, dashboards, metrics, and platform data may be delayed, incomplete, or subject to technical error. Users should not rely on platform data as a substitute for independent validation.
8. No financial product offering
SolarCompute does not offer securities, deposit products, or regulated financial instruments through this platform unless explicitly stated. Platform participation is operational and infrastructure-based in nature.
9. No advice
Information provided by SolarCompute does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Participants should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.
10. Experimental functionality
Some parts of the platform may be released in beta or early access form. These features may change, be interrupted, contain defects, or be withdrawn without notice.
